Hi, I'm Regi. One developer and a stack of small game ideas.
I've been programming for twenty years. These days the code I care about most ends up on the kitchen table: quick games you can teach in a minute and play in the gaps of an evening.
Everything here is made solo, around family time rather than instead of it. That's why the games stay small, and why each one actually gets finished.
When a tool I needed didn't exist, I built it. Swallowtail is the open-source Godot toolkit I use to test and ship these games.

A quick note on AI. I use AI as one of my tools, the same way I use a game engine or a paint program. It doesn't make the games; I do. Every rule, sprite and sound is chosen, reworked and edited by me, one person, and I care about the craft behind all of it. I'd rather be open about how things are made, so if you're ever curious about the process, just ask.
And on term "slop": tools have never decided how much care goes into something. People do. Low effort shows, and so does real craft, whatever it was made with.
Why I still use it, and where I draw the line →
